We understand that situations arise where cancellation is necessary. 

Please advise of cancellations at the soonest.

If within 48hrs, call Maureen at 077 11623665 to advise, otherwise cancellations

can be advised via email at ArdmeddenEquestrian@gmail.com.

We don't refund cancellations but we offer credits to be used towards any of services.

Should we have to cancel your booking due to weather, ground conditions or for any other reason, you will be offered a full refund or the option to rebook.
